Responsibilities include laydown, raking, shoveling, rolling, and operating paving equipment, with setup, maintenance, and cleanup. The position requires outdoor work, physical stamina, and availability for early starts and overtime during paving season.

Qualifications

• Previous asphalt paving experience required.
• Able to perform physically demanding outdoor work.
• Willingness for early mornings, overtime, and weekend work.
• Reliable transportation to job sites.

Responsibilities

• Perform all aspects of asphalt paving, including laydown, raking, shoveling, rolling, and skid loader.
• Assist with the setup, operation, and cleanup of paving equipment.
• Work efficiently with the paving crew to meet production goals.
• Follow project specifications and maintain high-quality workmanship.
• Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures
