In this role, you will assist in the installation and repair of asphalt and concrete surfaces for residential and commercial clients. The ideal candidate has experience in the asphalt/construction industry, with physical strength and endurance for demanding tasks. You will work closely with our team to ensure the successful completion of paving projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare worksite by removing debris, marking boundaries, and setting up equipment.
• Measure and mark surfaces for asphalt or material placement.
• Apply crack sealing material, asphalt, and other materials.
• Operate equipment such as jackhammers, pavers, seal coating machines, and crack kettles.
• Assist in maintenance and repair of paving machinery.
• Maintain a clean and organized worksite.
• Follow safety protocols and participate in safety meetings.
• Communicate effectively with team members for efficient project completion.
• Operate heavy machinery like trucks and loaders occasionally.
