Job summary

Rose Paving LLC is seeking an Asphalt Laborer in Summerville, SC, to join our operations team. You will perform physical labor on parking lots, including saw cutting, asphalt removal, base compaction, and finish to grade.

The role requires safety awareness, tool/equipment operation, and the ability to work outdoors, weekends, and holidays as needed. A valid driver’s license is required; Class A CDL preferred or obtainable within six months.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; 1–2 years related experience.
• Valid driver’s license required; Class A CDL preferred or obtained within six months of hire.
• Ability to perform labor-intensive tasks outdoors in varied weather.

Responsibilities

• Perform physical labor on patching and paving projects, including saw cutting and asphalt removal.
• Assist in offloading and placement of asphalt material and finishing to grade.
• Maintain job site safety and proper signage and traffic control.
• Operate hand tools and equipment to support paving operations.
• Report accidents or incidents to Foreman and follow safety procedures.
