Job summary

Kinsley Construction is looking for qualified Asphalt Paver Operators, Milling Machine Operators, and Tack Truck Drivers to join their expanding asphalt crews in York County, Pennsylvania. Ideal candidates will have prior operating experience and a commitment to safety.

Candidates must be able to work in various weather conditions and maintain a valid driver’s license. The position offers a competitive salary and benefits including medical insurance, paid holidays, and PTO.

Qualifications

• Previous operating experience preferred.
• Willingness to work overtime as needed, including weekends.
• Must successfully pass a DOT physical and drug/alcohol screening.

Responsibilities

• Operate equipment in compliance with safety policies.
• Utilize milling equipment to remove existing asphalt.
• Maintain equipment in optimal condition through routine checks.
• Operate tack truck with care and precision.
