Job summary

Lone Star Paving is seeking an Asphalt Heavy Equipment Paver Operator to join its Central Texas team. You will work under the crew foreman, operating the paving equipment and supporting asphalt operations across projects.

The ideal candidate has experience with paving machines, a strong safety mindset, and the ability to work overtime or weekends as required in Texas weather conditions.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years' experience within the asphalt industry.
• 1-2 years' experience operating paving equipment.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred, but not required.
• Promote, execute and adhere to the company's safety policy.

Responsibilities

• Operate the Paver Machine as part of the asphalt crew.
• Inspect equipment before use and maintain safe operation.
• Assist with prep, patching, and general labor tasks as needed.
• Ensure safety practices and coordinate with foreman and crew.
