Site Construction & Labor Tasks:* Perform a variety of physically demanding tasks on construction sites, including digging, grading, and site cleanup.* Assist in patching asphalt, filling potholes, and performing surface repairs using hot and cold mix.* Mix, pour, and finish asphalt and concrete to repair ditches and level surfaces.* Install pipes, drains, and traffic control devices following project specifications.2. CDL Driving & Equipment Transport:* Operate Class A CDL vehicles to transport materials, tools, and small equipment to and from job sites (as needed).* Ensure all transport complies with safety regulations and proper load securement practices.* Perform minor service and maintenance checks on equipment and trucks.3.
