Silver Star Construction is seeking an experienced Asphalt Crew Foreman to oversee paving operations on roadway and civil construction projects throughout Oklahoma. The role requires leadership, safety focus, and hands-on management of crew performance.

The position is full-time, based in Moore, OK, with potential for growth and advancement within an employee-owned company committed to quality work and safety.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years of asphalt paving experience.
• Two or more years supervising construction crews.
• Ability to read blueprints and construction plans.
• Strong leadership and organizational abilities.
• Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Manage asphalt paving crews on roadway construction projects.
• Coordinate equipment, labor, and materials for maximum efficiency.
• Ensure paving operations meet project specifications.
• Monitor production while maintaining quality standards.
