Silver Star Construction Co. Inc. is seeking an experienced Roadway Asphalt Paving Foreman to oversee paving crews on highway and civil construction projects across Oklahoma.

The Foreman will direct field operations, coordinate crews, maintain production schedules, and ensure every project is completed safely and efficiently. Five years of asphalt paving experience and leadership skills are required, along with a valid driver’s license and the ability to interpret construction drawings.

Silver Star Construction is looking for an experienced Roadway Asphalt Paving Foreman to oversee paving crews on highway and civil construction projects across Oklahoma.

Position Summary

The Asphalt Paving Foreman is responsible for directing field operations, coordinating crews, maintaining production schedules, and ensuring every project is completed safely and efficiently.

Essential Duties

• Lead asphalt paving crews on commercial and highway projects.
• Coordinate labor, materials, and equipment each day.
• Monitor paving quality and production goals.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA and company safety policies.
• Conduct daily jobsite safety meetings.
• Train and mentor field employees.
• Maintain accurate project reports and equipment inspections.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to work outside in all weather conditions.
