Job summary

APACCentral Inc., a CRH company, is seeking an Asphalt Experienced Equipment Operator in Oklahoma. You will operate a variety of heavy equipment to pave and shape roadways, manage material flow, and ensure quality asphalt placement.

Responsibilities include controlling depth, performing routine maintenance, coordinating with crew and supervisors, and upholding safety. Competitive pay, a $1,500 sign-on bonus, benefits, 401(k), and opportunities for advancement are offered.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant equipment operation or construction experience; 3 years preferred.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• CDL Class A and/or B with possible hazmat/tanker endorsements.
• Ability to pass pre-employment physical, drug screening, and background check.
• Commitment to safety and OSHA/MSHA regulations.

Responsibilities

• Control material flow and depth during paving operations.
• Oversee paving process: prep surfaces, establish grades, drainage, and patterns.
• Operate paving, curbing, backhoes, loaders, dump trucks, snow plows.
• Perform routine equipment servicing and minor maintenance.
• Inspect and coordinate repairs with supervisors.
• Maintain safe work environment and ensure attendance.
