Job summary

Austin Bridge & Road in Dallas, TX is seeking an Asphalt Distributor Operator HMAC to join our North Texas asphalt projects. This full-time, hourly craft role involves operating distributor truck, controlling spray bars, and performing routine maintenance.

You must hold a Class B with tanker license, commit to on-site safety, and be able to work days, nights, and weekends in varying weather. We offer competitive benefits and an ESOP-owned workplace.

Qualifications

• Must have strong commitment to jobsite safety.
• Class B with tanker license required.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily equipment maintenance and inspections.
• Operate distributor truck and spray bars safely and efficiently.
• Control distribution of bituminous materials on highway surfacing.
• Assist with equipment servicing as needed.
• Attend daily safety meetings and follow safety policies.
• Work hours may include days, nights and weekends.
• Other duties as assigned.
