What You’ll Do

You won’t just “work on pavement.” You’ll learn a craft.

• Apply sealcoat, crack fill, and line striping with precision and intention
• Prep job sites through cleaning, edging, taping, and equipment setup
• Operate tools and equipment as part of a trained, supportive crewContribute to projects that blend engineering discipline with artistic detail
• Maintain a clean, safe, respectful job site
• Represent the Doctor Asphalt Way — craftsmanship, communication, and pride
