Job summary

Doctor Asphalt LLC in Minneapolis, MN is seeking Asphalt & Concrete Maintenance Crew Members to join a craft-focused outdoor team. This full-time position offers hands-on training, a supportive culture, and opportunities to learn sealing, crack fill, line striping, site prep, and equipment operation.

You’ll work outdoors year-round, lift 50+ lbs, and grow from entry-level to crew leader through our Ascend Ladder program with paid training and clear advancement steps.

Qualifications

• Strong work ethic and positive attitude.
• Ability to work on your feet and lift 50+ lbs.
• Comfortable working outdoors in hot and cold weather.
• Reliable transportation to work.
• Willingness to learn - no experience required, but experience helps.
• Team-oriented mindset and respect for craftsmanship.
• CDL Class A preferred.

Responsibilities

• Apply sealcoat, crack fill, and line striping with precision.
• Prepare job sites by cleaning, edging, taping, and equipment setup.
• Operate tools and equipment as part of a trained crew.
• Contribute to projects blending engineering with artistry.
• Maintain a clean, safe, respectful job site.
• Represent the company through craftsmanship and pride.

What You'll Do

You won't just "work on pavement". You'll learn a craft.
