Job summary

EverLine Coatings and Services in Rockville, MD is seeking an Asphalt Worker to join our pavement maintenance crew. You will perform line painting, crack filling, seal coating, and related tasks on a variety of projects for local clients.

The role emphasizes physical stamina, reliability, and the ability to work safely with equipment, often outdoors. Training is provided and advancement opportunities exist within our DRIVEN culture.

Qualifications

• A valid local full driver’s license with clean record (Driver’s Abstract required).
• Self-motivated problem solving and ability to work independently.
• Punctual, organized, and detail-oriented with strong time management.
• Able to perform physically demanding tasks (walking, bending, lifting up to 75 lbs).
• Experience with small engines or paint sprayers is a plus.
• Engineering educational background is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Use equipment to perform line painting, crack filling, seal coating, power washing, epoxy flooring, and more.
• Plan and facilitate production of high-quality projects.
• Communicate job status daily with Operations Manager.
• Maintain a safe, hazard-free job site.
• Additional tasks as required.

Job Summary

Our Pavement Maintenance Technicians utilize our specialized equipment and apply materials on pavement surfaces in order to provide maximum value for our clients' pavement assets.

WHAT YOU BRING

• You understand the importance of punctuality, organization, and attention to detail
• Ability to work in a physically demanding role with lots of walking, bending, and lifting (up to 75lbs)
• Ability to work well independently unsupervised
• Past experience with small engines (like lawnmowers) and/or paint sprayers is an asset
• An Engineering educational background is an asset
