Job summary

Ski Butlers, part of Alterra Mountain Company, seeks a Ski Technician for Aspen to deliver equipment, fit guests, and provide on-mountain support during the winter season. This role covers full rental cycles from delivery to pickup and equipment maintenance, with a focus on service excellence in a mountain environment.

Seasonal winter positions include morning and evening shifts, with weekend/holiday work. Subsidized housing may be available, and benefits extend to employees across Alterra

Qualifications

• Weekend and holiday work required.
• No previous experience required.

Responsibilities

• Completing the entire Cycle of Service for scheduled and reactive ski/snowboard rentals.
• Packing rental orders in advance of equipment delivery.
• Delivering rental equipment to guests' accommodation and providing a highly personalized fitting experience.
• On-Mountain Support for guests requesting equipment changes.
• Picking up equipment from guests' accommodation at the end of their rental period; equipment is returned to the shop, sanitized, tuned, and restocked.
