Job summary

Ski Butlers in Aspen is seeking a Ski Technician for winter seasonal positions. You will deliver rental equipment to guests, provide on-mountain support, and assist with equipment tuning and pickup at the end of rentals. This role emphasizes friendly, personalized service in a fast-paced mountain environment.

Daily shifts are morning and evening; weekend/holiday work is expected. Base pay is $18/hour plus tips, with generous benefits for seasonal staff.

Responsibilities

• Completing the entire Cycle of Service for scheduled and reactive ski/snowboard rentals.
• Packing rental orders in advance of equipment delivery.
• Delivering rental equipment to guests’ accommodation and providing a highly personalized fitting experience.
• On-Mountain Support for guests requesting equipment changes.
• Picking Up equipment from guests’ accommodation at the end of their rental period.
• Equipment is brought back to the shop, sanitized, tuned, and re-stocked for their next use.
• Meet or exceed Brand Standards while focusing on our three Key Customer Requirements: On Time, Clear Communication, and Proper Equipment selection.

Seasonal (Seasonal) Job Title: Ski Technician - Rental Delivery - Aspen Location: Aspen Terms: Winter Seasonal, full- and part-time roles available. This job is slated to start on 12/05/2026 and end on 04/02/2027. Pay: $18/hour base wage, plus generous tips Requirements Expect weekend and holiday work. Daily operations broken into morning and evening shifts. No previous experience required!

At its core, our technicians interact with customers daily by delivering equipment rentals to their accommodations, completing on-mountain support service and picking up gear at the end of their rental period. Primary Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed Brand Standards while focusing on our three Key Customer Requirements: KCR #1: On Time - Arriving within 5 minutes of the agreed upon time
• KCR #2: Communication - Setting clear expectations around the entire scope of service
• KCR #3: Equipment - Choosing the right equipment for each guest given their skills and current conditions at the resort
• Making/Answering customer phone calls with a positive and inviting tone of voice
• Maintaining a clean and organized workspace including delivery vehicles.
• Basic ski/snowboard tuning, waxing and general equipment maintenance
• Setting up the next shift and future team members for success
