LoLa 41 Aspen is seeking an AM FOH Food & Beverage Manager to lead daily floor operations at the Aspen, CO location. This full-time role covers InRoom Dining and staff supervision, ensuring superb guest experiences in a vibrant, globally inspired restaurant.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years in a supervisory or floor management role in a high-volume restaurant.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily floor operations and ensure seamless service.
• Oversee daily InRoom Dining orders.
• Lead, motivate, and support front-of-house staff.
• Monitor guest satisfaction and resolve issues promptly.
• Maintain presence on the floor to uphold service standards.
• Collaborate on training, shift planning, and team development.
• Assist with opening duties.
• Ensure health, safety, and cleanliness standards are met.
• Contribute to inventory accuracy and operational efficiency.
