Job summary

LoLa 41 Aspen, part of the LoLa hospitality group, is seeking an experienced Floor Manager to lead daily operations at our Aspen location. You will oversee service, mentor front-of-house staff, and ensure impeccable guest experiences in a high-volume setting.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years in a supervisory or floor management role within a high-volume restaurant.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to lead by example and foster a motivated, team-oriented environment.
• Detail-oriented, adaptable, and confident in fast-paced service settings.
• Proficient with POS systems and front-of-house technology.
• Flexible availability - nights, weekends and holidays.
• A college degree in hospitality is preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate, and support front-of-house staff while maintaining a positive and professional atmosphere.
• Monitor guest satisfaction and resolve issues promptly and effectively.
• Maintain a strong, visible presence on the floor to uphold LoLa 41's service and hospitality standards.
• Collaborate with management on training, shift planning, and team development.
• Assist with opening and closing duties according to company procedures.
• Ensure all health, safety, and cleanliness standards are consistently met.
• Contribute to maintaining inventory accuracy and operational efficiency.

LoLa 41 in Aspen is seeking an experienced Floor Manager to join our dynamic team.

The Aspen location will feature:

• 42 seats in the bar and dining room
• 60 seats on a fully climatized outdoor patio
• 12 seats in a lowerlevel speakeasy/private dining roo

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily floor operations to ensure seamless, efficient service throughout each shift.
