Job summary

Constellis is seeking an Access Security Operations Center Manager to lead security operations across global locations and manage access control for critical assets. The role requires coordinating with ASOC teams, handling alarms, and ensuring policy compliance.

The candidate must hold a bachelor’s degree, be a U.S. citizen, and be able to obtain a Secret clearance; a graduate degree is preferred and strong analytical skills are essential.

Qualifications

• U.S. citizenship required.
• Selective Service registration for males born after 1959.
• Residency in the U.S. for at least three of the last five years.
• Ability to obtain a Secret security clearance.
• Background investigation and drug testing required.
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university; graduate degree preferred.
• Specialized experience in security monitoring or related roles.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary Access Control Center Manager for global operations.
• Collaborate with ASOC personnel to manage PII and access clearances.
• Respond to alarms and suspicious behavior coordinating with JSOC.
• Develop operational improvements to increase efficiency and reduce risk.
• Provide operational guidance and reporting for a single office location.
• Analyze policies and document best practices for improvements.
