Job summary

South College in Georgia is seeking an ASN Program Coordinator for the on-ground, full-time nursing program. You will supervise all aspects of the ASN program, coordinate faculty, and ensure compliance with accreditation standards.

The Program Director works with faculty to promote instructional quality, provide faculty training, and manage the academic program to achieve student outcomes. We are interviewing candidates who meet the requirements, including an MSN or higher, an unrestricted RN

Qualifications

• Possess effective interpersonal and written communication skills.
• Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) degree or higher.
• Hold an unrestricted RN license to practice in Georgia or in one of the eNLC compact states.
• Experience teaching at the post-secondary level, specifically in an Associate Degree Nursing program.
• Proficiency in instructional methodology, curriculum design, and program planning - preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervising all aspects of the Associates of Science in Nursing program, including organization, administration, continuous review, planning, compliance, development, implementation, and general effectiveness, including instructor supervision.
• The Program Director teaches in his/her assigned area, works with faculty to promote continuous improvement of the quality of instruction, is responsible for faculty training and development, and coordination and administration of the academic program for achievement of student outcomes.
• We are currently interviewing candidates for this on-ground, full-time position.
