Job summary

Double D Welding and Fabrication LLC in Oklahoma City/Noble area seeks an experienced ASME Welder to fabricate and weld code‑compliant pressure vessels. The role requires hands‑on welding across ASME code vessels, skids, and related components, reading blueprints, and adhering to strict quality standards.

Proficiency in GMAW, SAW, FCAW, GTAW, and SMAW is required, along with passing weld tests prior to employment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; 4–6 years of related fabrication experience.
• Successful completion of weld tests prior to employment.

Responsibilities

• Fabricate and weld ASME code pressure vessels, skids, compressors, and related components.
• Produce high-quality, code-compliant welds meeting production and quality requirements.
• Read and interpret blueprints, fabrication drawings, and customer specifications.
• Collaborate with supervisors, inspectors, fitters, and fabricators to meet shop goals.
• Maintain welding equipment and a safe, organized workspace in compliance with safety policies.
