Qualifications

• Caregiver experience in memory care or assisted living.
• Must have ability to obtain and maintain CPR/First Aid certification.
• Experience with electronic medical records documentation.

Responsibilities

• Pass medications according to physician orders under supervision of a licensed nurse.
• Administer medications accurately and timely and document in the resident record.
• Monitor residents for side effects and report changes to health staff.
• Follow care plans and assist with medical appointments and communications with providers.
• Maintain a clean medication cart and room and ensure safety of residents.
