RHA Health Services in Levittown, PA is hiring a Direct Support Professional for the PAHrtners Deaf Services program. You will support individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, promoting independence, self-advocacy, and community engagement, under supervision.

This role requires ASL fluency for Deaf and Hard of Hearing Programs; you will assist with daily living, transportation, caregiver tasks, and building meaningful relationships.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Compassionate, patient and dedicated to person-centered support.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Advocate for individuals’ human, legal, and civil rights.
• Promote health and safety by supporting wellness initiatives.
