Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide direct communication support to low vision students using ASL.
• Facilitate communication between student, teachers, peers, and staff.
• Assist students in accessing classroom instruction and events.
• Maintain close supervision to ensure communication access throughout the day.
• Collaborate with teachers and service providers to support success.
• Monitor student understanding and report progress to staff.
• Maintain confidentiality per district policies and laws.
• Keep accurate records and required documentation.
