Star Learners in Zionsville, IN is seeking a passionate Teacher Assistant to support lead teachers with engaging, age-appropriate lessons and to supervise students during instruction. Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED, with coursework in early childhood education, and a warm, patient demeanor.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; coursework in Early Childhood Education preferred.
• Previous experience working with children in a childcare or educational setting is a plus.
• Warm, patient, and nurturing demeanor with a genuine love for working with kids.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to pass a background check and meet state childcare licensing requirements.
• CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain upon hire).
