Qualifications

• Strong communication and teamwork skills; able to pass background checks and licensing requirements.

Responsibilities:

• Support lead teachers in delivering engaging, age-appropriate lesson plans

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED required; coursework in Early Childhood Education preferred
• Previous experience working with children in a childcare or educational setting is a plus
• Warm, patient, and nurturing demeanor with a genuine love for working with kids
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to pass a background check and meet state childcare licensing requirements
• CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain upon hire)
• Reliable, punctual, and committed to professional growth in early childhood education
