Qualifications

• 5+ years of semiconductor program management experience.
• Experience coordinating with wafer foundries.
• Strong understanding of the tapeout lifecycle (pre-TO to post-TO).
• Ability to lead without authority in a high-complexity environment.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary program interface for foundry interactions and tapeout planning.
• Lead weekly/monthly cadence meetings with foundries.
• Manage closure of foundry tickets and technical escalations.
• Track milestones and drive schedule adherence.
• Escalate risks with clear mitigation strategies and coordinate issue resolution.
