Job summary

Akraya Inc. is seeking a skilled candidate to assist the Physical Design Team with RF and analog custom layouts. You will handle tasks such as drawing layouts, conducting verification tests (LVS, DRC, ERC), and debugging errors for quality designs.

The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in custom RF and analog Physical Design, familiarity with calibre verification tools, and a background in Foundry 28nm technology. A BS in electrical engineering is preferred.

Qualifications

• 5 years custom RF and analog Physical Design experience including calibre verification tools.
• Experience with Foundry 28nm technology is essential.
• Proficiency in Unix for hierarchical organization.

• Physical designers maintain organized hierarchy and clean database according to existing processes.
• 5 yrs custom RF and Analog Physical Design experience including calibre verification tools in the cadence design environment.
• Experience with Foundry 28nm technology
• Unix
• Communication and team skills.
• BS – electrical engineering preferred.
