Job summary

Amazon.com Services LLC offers an ASIC Engineer Internship in Sunnyvale, CA. You will engage in logic design, verification, and post-silicon validation while collaborating with cross-disciplinary teams on cloud silicon platforms.

You will work 40 hours/week for 12 weeks, pursuing a Bachelor’s in electrical or computer engineering (or master’s) with conferral Oct 2027–Dec 2030, and be eligible to relocate to the internship location.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in an academic program physically located in the United States.
• 18 years of age or older.
• Work 40 hours/week minimum and commit to 12 week internship maximum.
• Can relocate to where the internship is based.
• Pursuing a Bachelor's degree with an expected conferral date between October 2027 – December 2030.

Responsibilities

• Participate in logic design, verification and post-silicon validation as part of Amazon custom silicon solutions.
• Work with physical design teams to achieve performance and area requirements.
• Develop a deep understanding of end customer requirements, including software applications, use models, system architecture and the SoC architecture/micro-architecture of our solutions.
• Develop and execute design automation mechanisms and flows.
