Job summary

Canadian Baptist Ministries seeks a Program Coordinator to support CBM partners and programs in the Golden Triangle, based in either Northern Thailand or Myanmar. The role requires coordinating with the Team Leader for Asia to ensure scope, schedule, and budget adherence and to drive quality improvements through local churches.

Significant travel and engagement with partners across Thailand and Myanmar are needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree, preferably with a theological background
• Diploma in Project Management required
• Understanding of technical aspects to coordinate effectively
• 2 years of project management experience
• Commitment to CBM Core Values
• Willing to sign CBM lifestyle agreement
• Active church member
• Proficient in English
• Experience with Office 365

Responsibilities

• Ensure projects are implemented efficiently, timely, and in line with project agreements.
• Coordinate with local churches and stakeholders in accomplishing project goals with sustainability.
• Collect and review partner monthly, quarterly, and annual reports.
• Review budgets and proposals for Thailand and Myanmar.
• Capture and edit human-interest stories and short videos.
• Conduct leadership interviews and document field activities for publication.
• Take high-quality photos/videos according to CBM standards.
• Build networks and capacity among partners in Thailand and Myanmar.
• Monitor expenditures and coordinate with project staff on budgets.
