Qualifications

• 2+ years of options market-making experience.
• 1+ year of market-making portfolio management experience.
• Strong knowledge of options trading, portfolio management, and risk management.
• Proficient Python programming.
• Ability to make independent decisions in fast-moving markets.
• Strong technical and operational collaboration with technology teams.
• Excellent communication and proactive hands-on approach.
• Interest in a long-term career in Asian-hours trading operations.
• Experience trading index, volatility, or metals options is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Trade options markets via electronic execution, with broker interaction.
• Manage real-time positions and portfolio risk.
• Monitor trading systems, controls, and parameters.
• Collaborate with technology teams to troubleshoot issues.
• Provide handovers between global trading shifts.
