You will execute validated processes across multiple fabrication areas, adhere to EHS and quality requirements, and maintain accurate production records while contributing to continuous improvement efforts.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Complete required training for each fabrication or machining process, plus all EHS training.
  • Contribute to a high-performance, self-directed team and participate in safety/quality audits.
  • Perform tasks across CMC areas: Gerber cutting, lay up, furnaces, CNC, EDM, laser drilling, inspection.
  • Follow standard work, safety rules, and quality requirements; record operations accurately.
  • Support problem solving and continuous improvement to enhance safety, quality, delivery, and cost.
