Job summary

WIN Waste Innovations is seeking a Fuel and Ash Handler I to monitor and operate auxiliary equipment, ensuring safe, efficient, and continuous plant operations. You will perform preventative maintenance and minor repairs on ash handling and tipping floor systems and operate equipment to load metals as assigned.

The role requires hands-on mechanical aptitude, strict adherence to safety and environmental policies, and the ability to work overtime or rotating shifts.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED or equivalent work experience.
• Mechanical abilities sufficient to perform equipment maintenance and minor repairs.

Responsibilities

• Operates mobile equipment including forklifts, manlifts, skid steer loaders.
• Inspects frontend loader on tipping floor and ash house areas.
• Operates refuse crane and frontend loader as required for relief.
• Performs routine maintenance and minor repairs on plant equipment.
• Adheres to environmental, health, and safety requirements.
