Job summary

Oconto Falls Auto Supply is seeking a Customer Relations and Parts Advisor to join our team. You will deliver parts to customers, assist in-store with inquiries, and ensure order accuracy while maintaining a clean, welcoming shop floor.

You will interact with customers by phone and in person, build relationships, and support daily inventory tasks. A valid driver's license, basic math, and proficiency with Word/Excel are required, with weekend hours to meet customer needs.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of automotive systems required.
• Ability to diagnose components (engine, suspension, brakes, electrical etc.).
• Excellent English skills; Spanish a plus.
• Valid driver’s license with clean record.
• Adherence to attendance policy.
• Ability to read safety rules, manuals and parts catalogs.
• Ability to perform basic math and read/write simple notes.
• Proficient with Word and Excel.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Weekend availability for 40 hours per week.

Job Summary

Customer Relations and Parts Advisor

Primary Responsibilities

• Provide an excellent customer service experience to customers both over the phone and over the counter.
• Safely deliver parts to customers as needed
• Pick and stage parts for customer orders
• Pick up returns
• Check in and stock daily inventory orders
• Ensure high standards of customer service and store appearance standards
• Secondary Responsibilities
• Assist in store inventory processes
• Store Cleanliness including floors, bathrooms, facing, dusting, parking lot
• Drop off weekly / monthly sales flyer

Essential Job Skills - Experience

• Must have knowledge of automotive systems.
• Working knowledge of automotive systems, and diagnostic ability to include: internal engine, suspension, brakes, electronic, exhaust, etc.
• Ability to speak and write English (Spanish a plus); communicate effectively and build strong relationships with customers, peers and management
• Valid Drivers License with good driving record is a necessity
• Must be able to adherd to point based attendance policy
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, parts catalogs, and procedure manuals; ability to write simple correspondence
• Ability to understand and execute instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form
• Ability to complete basic math accurately: addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals
• Ability to use Microsoft software effectively (Word, Excel required)
• Strong organizational skills
• Ability to work an assortment of days and weekends as needed 40 hours per week. Store hours Monday - Friday 7:30-5:30 and Saturday 8:00 am - Noon.
