Job summary

ADP, Inc. seeks a Subject Matter Expert in Indianapolis to lead aseptic UHT operations, ensuring product quality and regulatory compliance. The role requires deep knowledge of SIP/CIP, and the ability to coach production and maintenance teams in a fast-paced environment.

You will drive continuous improvement, participate in validation activities, and develop SOPs and training materials to sustain high performance and safety across the manufacturing site.

Qualifications

• BS in Engineering with focus on manufacturing or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in aseptic manufacturing with UHT systems.
• Strong knowledge of SIP/CIP and regulatory requirements.
• Proven troubleshooting and maintenance of UHT equipment.
• Experience leading engineering or maintenance teams.
• Proficient in CAD and MS Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain UHT systems (Stork and APS) to ensure quality and compliance.
• Provide technical guidance to production and maintenance teams.
• Develop and deliver training on aseptic techniques and equipment.
• Identify process improvements to boost productivity and reduce downtime.
• Support validation, qualification, and SOP development.
• Ensure GMP compliance and conduct regular audits.
