Job summary

The Aseptic Process & Training Sr. Associate at Jubilant HollisterStier is primarily responsible for maintaining the aseptic training program and provides input on aseptic practices across Jubilant Manufacturing Facilities, serving as the SME on Aseptic Technique.

The expectation is to attend necessary training to remain an SME in current industry best practices. Responsibilities include delivering aseptic training to new hires and ongoing roles, maintaining SOPs, auditing aseptic behavior, and

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Biology with emphasis in microbiology.
• Minimum 5 years working in aseptic processing.
• Pharmaceutical experience and FDA-regulated industry experience.
• Understanding of aseptic processing and clean room behavior.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint; TrackWise, LMS, MasterControl.

Responsibilities

• Maintain training and continuing education as aseptic SME.
• Perform SOP reviews, auditing, and training responsibilities.
• Ensure regulatory expectations for aseptic processing are met.
• Deliver aseptic training to new hires and ongoing roles.
• Own aseptic SOP and ensure alignment with best practices.
• Conduct aseptic behavior audits and mitigate gaps.
