Jubilant HollisterStier LLC in Spokane, WA is seeking an experienced CMO Aseptic Process Technician IV to operate and troubleshoot equipment in controlled sterile manufacturing areas. The role requires following SOPs,GDP and aseptic practices while supporting batch production and quality monitoring.

The position is on-site, full-time with a Monday–Wednesday shift (6am–6pm) and benefits starting on day one, including medical, dental, vision and more.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• Experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing desired.
• Mechanical aptitude and manual dexterity.
• Ability to read and understand SOPs and regulatory requirements.
• Basic arithmetic and good documentation practices.
• Ability to work alone or in a team.
• Able to lift 60 pounds and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Operate equipment in production area, including setup, troubleshooting and minor repairs.
• Perform equipment setup and change-over for scheduled production runs.
• Use measurement devices such as scales, pH meters, oxygen meters and DO meters.
• Perform basic arithmetic calculations including percentages.
• Inspect product and monitor quality; maintain a clean work area.
• Understand and utilize aseptic techniques and follow SOPs.
• Follow GDP during preparation and production processes.
• Review Batch Production Records.
