Job summary

Tolmar in Windsor, CO is seeking an Injectable Production Supervisor to coordinate shift production activities and supervise hourly staff in the injectable manufacturing group. You will ensure quality, drive process improvements, and manage timesheets and training progress.

The role requires cGMP knowledge, strong communication, and the ability to operate on a fast-paced line with attention to documentation and SOPs. Typical hours are 2:00pm–10:30pm, with occasional overtime.

Qualifications

• Highschool diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor’s degree in scientific discipline preferred, not required.
• 3 or more years of experience in a GMP manufacturing environment.
• Specific training in cGMP is desired.

Responsibilities

• Supervise hourly manufacturing staff in the injectable group.
• Conduct interviews and hire hourly employees.
• Communicate daily production priorities to the team.
• Create, revise and implement SOPs and Production Batch Records.
• Review batch records and follow up on corrections and CAPA.
• Monitor training progress and readiness to work independently.
• Ensure adherence to quality standards and specifications.
