Job summary

DFAMILK in Missouri is seeking an experienced Senior Maintenance Manager to oversee facility processing and utilities maintenance in a high-speed aseptic/ESL beverage plant. You will lead engineers, maintenance managers, and technicians to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient operations.

You will drive predictive and preventive maintenance, capital projects, and process optimization while collaborating with Operations, Quality, R&D, and Safety to meet food safety and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred in a technical field.
• 5-8 years of maintenance experience in food/beverage/dairy with 1+ years in leadership.
• Experience in aseptic/ESL processing or sanitary food manufacturing preferred.
• Knowledge of GMP, SQF, HACCP and regulatory requirements.
• Experience with utilities systems, PLCs/automation, CMMS.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance of facility utilities and processing with direct supervision.
• Maintain predictive and preventive maintenance programs for assets.
• Lead lifecycle and replacement analysis to optimize asset performance.
• Provide technical leadership in aseptic/ESL operations and hygienic design.
• Ensure compliance with FDA, USDA, SQF, GMP and internal food safety standards.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to implement capital improvements and process changes.
• Develop and manage maintenance KPIs and drive continuous improvement.
