Job summary

Novo Nordisk is seeking a Maintenance Technician to identify issues and support improving reliability of systems and equipment in the designated process. You will assist in operating the process, handling low to moderate complexity issues, and contribute to maintaining optimal uptime.

The role involves performing preventive and corrective maintenance, monitoring equipment performance, and following safety/environmental guidelines.

Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree in Industrial Maintenance or relevant field required.
• High School diploma/GED with 2 years maintenance experience acceptable.
• Knowledge of compressed air systems, electro-mechanical controls, electrical, mechanical, instrumentation or robotics.
• Experience with SAP, schematics, wiring diagrams and other technical documents.
• Computer literacy preferred.
• Support planning and execution of maintenance activities to ensure process performance.

Responsibilities

• Improve performance and reliability of process equipment.
• Restore function to equipment in a technically correct manner.
• Participate in Event Response and incident handling.
• Perform corrective and preventive maintenance on assigned process.
• Operate, monitor, and control equipment, systems, and processes.
• Support reliability improvement projects.
• Assist in all aspects of process operations.
• Record and review production data in Batch Production Records (BPRs) and forms.
• Follow safety and environmental requirements.
• Other duties as assigned.
