Job summary
Novo Nordisk in Clayton, NC is seeking a Maintenance Technician to identify issues and support reliability of process equipment, ensuring minimal downtime across the designated system. The role involves performing corrective and preventive maintenance of filled processes and monitoring performance in a GMP environment.

Qualifications
- Associate’s Degree in Industrial Maintenance or relevant field required.
- In lieu of degree, high school diploma with at least two years of equipment maintenance experience.
- Knowledgeable in compressed air, electro-mechanical controls, electrical, mechanical, instrumentation or robotics preferred.
- Experience with automated records systems such as SAP and reading schematics preferred.
- Proficient computer literacy.
- Support planning and execution of maintenance activities to ensure process performance.
Responsibilities
- Actively improve performance and reliability of process equipment.
- Restore function to equipment in a technically correct manner.
- Actively participate in and support Event Response.
- Perform corrective and preventative maintenance on assigned process.
- Operate, monitor, control equipment, systems and processes assigned.
- Support and implement system/equipment reliability improvement projects.
- Support and assist in all aspects of process operations.
- Record and review production data in Batch Production Records (BPRs) and associated forms.
- Follow all safety and environmental requirements in the performance of duties.
- Other duties as assigned.
