Job summary

Novo Nordisk in Clayton, NC, is seeking a Manufacturing/Operations Associate to operate and monitor production equipment on dedicated lines. You will execute the production schedule and maintain clean, safe work areas while adhering to SOPs and quality requirements.

The role involves hands-on operation, data recording in batch records, and collaboration with maintenance teams. Candidates should have a high school diploma and manufacturing exposure, with preference for FDA-regulated environment

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum six months manufacturing experience required.
• Experience in an FDA regulated environment preferred.
• Ability to read, write & understand product documentation & SOPs with attention to detail.
• Computer literacy preferred.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, monitor & control equipment, systems & processes on production lines.
• Execute the production schedule to meet goals.
• Maintain production areas and perform cleaning.
• Review and author SOPs and other documents as required.
• Assist during equipment maintenance and preventative maintenance.
• Record/review production data in BPRs and forms.
• Follow all safety & environmental requirements in performance of duties.
• Other accountabilities as assigned.
