Novo Nordisk A/S is seeking a Manufacturing Process Technician I (Packaging) for our Clayton, NC site. You will operate manufacturing equipment to support aseptic packaging and finish products, with supervision under the Shift Manager.

The role emphasizes safety, quality, and timely production delivery in a regulated environment. The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or equivalent and at least six months of manufacturing experience; experience in FDA-regulated settings is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Six months minimum manufacturing experience required.
• Experience in FDA-regulated environments preferred.
• Production/manufacturing experience preferred.
• Ability to read, write and understand product documentation and SOPs with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, monitor & control equipment, systems & processes on production lines.
• Execute production schedule to achieve goals.
• Maintain production areas and perform cleaning.
• Participate in event response and safety compliance.
• Review and author SOPs and other documents as required.
• Assist during equipment maintenance including predictive and preventative tasks.
• Record/review production data in batch records and forms.
• Follow all safety and environmental requirements.
