Job summary

Novo Nordisk A/S in Clayton, NC is hiring a Manufacturing Process Technician I (Packaging) to operate and monitor packaging lines, support production schedules, and maintain clean, safe work areas. This role supports FFEx initiatives within aseptic production and warehousing across sites.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma and at least 6 months of manufacturing experience, with preferred FDA-regulated environment exposure and SOP literacy.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Minimum of six months manufacturing experience required.
• Experience in an FDA-regulated environment is preferred.
• Production/manufacturing experience is preferred.
• Ability to read, write and understand product documentation and SOPs.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, monitor & control equipment, systems & processes on production lines.
• Execute production schedule to meet goals.
• Maintain production areas and perform cleaning.
• Actively participate in event response.
• Review and author SOPs and other documents as required.
• Assist during equipment maintenance and restoration of function.
• Record/review production data in forms and logs.
• Follow all safety and environmental requirements.
