Empower Pharmacy in Houston is hiring a Sterile Manufacturing Operator to execute aseptic production processes, manage batch documentation, and support contamination control within a regulated 503A/503B environment.

The role emphasizes adherence to SOPs, quality control, and the use of AI-enabled systems to improve accuracy, throughput, and compliance with FDA and USP standards in a fast-growing manufacturing setting.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of aseptic processing, cleanroom behavior, and contamination-control practices.
• Ability to follow SOPs with precision and maintain documentation accuracy.
• Familiarity with cGMP requirements, FDA regulations, and sterile manufacturing environments.

Responsibilities

• Perform sterile compounding and/or filling with validated aseptic techniques, maintaining batch records and documentation.
• Conduct aseptic gowning, cleaning and sanitization of equipment and rooms.
• Operate, clean and maintain sterile manufacturing equipment, ensuring calibration and performance.
