Empower Pharmacy, a leading 503A/503B pharmaceutical manufacturer in Houston, seeks a Sterile Manufacturing Operator (1st Shift) to execute aseptic production with precision. The role emphasizes batch documentation, contamination control, and AI-assisted operations within a regulated environment.

You will work in a fast-paced, growth-oriented setting, applying SOPs and cGMP standards to ensure safe, high-quality compounded medications.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; technical training preferred.
• Experience in sterile manufacturing or regulated production preferred.
• Ability to follow detailed procedures with accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Aseptic operations: perform sterile compounding and filling with validated techniques.
• Gowning, cleaning, and setup to maintain contamination controls.
• Operate, calibrate, and maintain sterile equipment and cleanrooms.
