The role collaborates across Quality, Regulatory, Validation, Engineering and R&D to drive efficiency, compliance, and patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Engineering, or related scientific discipline required.
• Minimum of four years of process engineering, manufacturing science, process development, or related experience in pharma/manufacturing environments preferred.
• Experience with technology transfer, process validation, scale-up, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develops and improves manufacturing processes for efficiency, scalability, and compliance using AI-enabled analytics.
• Supports technology transfer to ensure successful transition from development to commercial manufacturing with readiness and process consistency.
• Executes process validation activities to strengthen process control and regulatory compliance.
