Job summary

Novo Nordisk is seeking a Warehouse Inventory Specialist to manage ambient and cold storage inventory, verify quantities, and monitor temperatures. You will use ERP and WMS systems to track material movements and support audits across multiple sites.

Strong attention to detail and Lean knowledge are required. The role requires 3+ years in GMP environments, SAP or PASX experience, and a background in warehouse operations.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent required.
• Associate's Degree in related field preferred.
• Minimum of three years in GMP warehouse or pharma environment.
• Two years with SAP or PASX required.
• Basic math and Microsoft Office proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Perform physical inventory counts of ambient and cold storage locations.
• Analyze material staging and pick/consumption through ERP/WMS reports.
• Support audits for on-site and off-site warehouses.
• Maintain ERP and WMS system data and processes.
• Lead improvements for material inventory and transactions.
