Job summary

American Regent is seeking an entry-level Manufacturing Team member to join the Filling Process. The role includes dispensing components, cleaning, assembling, and sanitizing equipment, and aseptic filling of sterile liquids under supervision.

You will load vials, operate filling and capping machines, unload finished products, and maintain line clearances per production records. Required to pass gowning qualifications, read SOPs in English, and work with GMP/cGMP standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Able to pass gowning qualification and Media Fill Qualification.
• Mechanical aptitude to assemble, troubleshoot and perform minor repairs on manufacturing equipment.
• Must be able to read documents in Standard English such as SOPs and manuals.
• Ability to work overtime as needed.
• Must become qualified to don gowning apparel.

Responsibilities

• Performs duties in the washer/capper area to standards.
• Adheres to GMP & cGMP practices.
• Follows SOPs and records accurately.
• Operates washer and capper machines and tracks output.
• Maintains clean and organized work area and documents tasks.
