Job summary

Alkermes in Wilmington, Ohio is seeking a production associate to perform filling operations for microsphere/suspension/liquid products. The role covers cleaning, setup, operation, batch processing, and aseptic gowning in a cGMP environment.

You will read SOPs, document promptly, follow safety rules, and support development/validation activities. Shift includes Monday-Thursday 3:00 PM to 1:30 AM; weekend coverage may be required; strong teamwork and attention to detail are essential.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 0-1 year of experience in a sterile pharmaceutical operation.
• Associates degree or higher in science/technical discipline.

Responsibilities

• Read and follow SOPs/MPRs/Procedures and document work timely.
• Operate production equipment used in filling of microspheres/liquids.
• Assist development and validation activities as required.
• Perform aseptic gowning and maintain gowning qualification.
• Follow safety requirements and internal Alkermes policies.
