Job summary

TreeHouse Foods is seeking a Production Operator to operate, monitor and troubleshoot aseptic filling equipment in a 3rd shift at our Cambridge facility. The role emphasizes maintaining sterile processes, documenting checks in real time, and strict adherence to GMP, SOP, HACCP, and FSMA requirements.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical or trade school preferred.
• Experience operating aseptic or high-speed food/beverage filling equipment.
• Strong understanding of food safety, sanitation, and aseptic practices in manufacturing.
• Ability to read and interpret SOPs, technical documents, and production reports.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Operate, monitor, and troubleshoot aseptic filling equipment to ensure product quality, fill accuracy, and adherence to production schedules.
• Perform pre-operational and in-process checks (sterility verification, seal integrity, net weights) to meet quality and regulatory standards.
• Adhere to GMPs, SOPs, HACCP, and FSMA requirements.
• Wear and maintain PPE and follow plant safety protocols.
• Complete documentation (production logs, batch records, quality checks) in real time.
• Maintain aseptic conditions by CIP and SIP processes and sanitation of critical components.
• Coordinate with downstream and upstream teams to ensure smooth product flow.
• Report deviations, downtime, or equipment issues to Line Leader or Supervisor.
